Kendricks Case:

The FACTS of Kendrick Gray's case of ALLEGED First Degree Robbery.

1.) Kendrick Gray was arrested 25 days after the commission of a robbery that took place in Mobile, Alabama that two young men had already been arrested for ( one of these young men was the son of a Mobile, Alabama judge ). When Kendrick was arrested there was never an arrest warrant for his arrest and he was never identified as a suspect ( no photo line up, no video, and no I witness statement ). This makes the arrest and charge illegal and unconstitutional, by law.

2.) The detective that arrested Kendrick Gray had his civil lawyer and friend, to fabricate an arrest warrant, a year and a half later after his arrest to secure and protect the detective's unlawful activities in his case against Mr. Gray.

3.) Being that Kendrick had just served 13 years and 2 months in federal prison, he was made a target and used as a scape goat by the Justice System in order for them to protect the Mobile, Alabama judge's son (Timothy Hall Jr.) from going to prison. They freed Mr. Hall and sentenced Kendrick to 99 years in prison. This was Mr. Gray’s first time ever being convicted by the state of Alabama, and second time ever being in trouble with the law in his life.

4.) Kendrick Gray was made to sit in Mobile, Alabama County jail for over two years, waiting for the judge's son ( Timothy Hall Jr. ) who was sent to Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia with a Class A felony pending on him, to come back and give a coerced statement of Gray's " alleged " involvement in a robbery that, Timothy Hall Jr. never accused him of being involved in prior to 2010 of June. The night of Timothy Hall Jr’s arrest he asked for his lawyer and was released from police custody.

5.) Kendrick Gray was indicted with a defective indictment that, till this day, still does not charge him with the commission of a crime. The witnesses and the person in which the crime was committed against, all stated that they “do not know Kendrick Gray, had never seen nor do they know Kendrick Gray “ . So who is the accuser in this case, when all of the witnesses and the victim all said that they don't know Kendrick Gray? Every defendant has a right ( by Constitutional Law ) to face their accuser. Without this fundamental RIGHT, anyone can accuse anyone else of being involved in the commission of a crime. Suspects of a crime can not implement a citizen of being involved in a crime without a solid eye-witness and photo line up. Also the indictment reads that Kendrick Gray " OR another individual with a hand gun robbed Dairy Queen.” When an indictment reads with " or " it presents a state of uncertainty which deprives the individual from protecting themselves from any said crime. The indictment is a Jurisdictional Issue and that can be brought up on appeal anytime, but the courts of Alabama don't respect inmate pro se motions and if you don't have money to pay a private professional lawyer, you're bound to the confinements of prison ( right or wrong ).

6.) Kendrick Gray was appointed a court appointed lawyer to represent him in trial. This court appointed lawyer ( Deborah McCogwin ) filed a motion on 9 different grounds as to why the case should be dismissed and she refused to bring up and argue in court, which renders her ineffective assistance of counsel. This FACT must be exposed; The Court Judge, The State DA, and Court Appointed Lawyers are ALL paid by the state and works in the STATES BEST interest, which prevents a fair trial from being possible.

7.) Every conviction in the state of Alabama is Unconstitutional due to the FACT that the State of Alabama intentionally removed the 14th Amendment from their State Constitution, which is the " ONLY " Law that guarantee the Equality of the Law to blacks Americans and immigrants across the country. The Due Process Clause that exists within the 5th Amendment of the United States Constitution did not and does not stand for black Americans until the 14th Amendment was initiated into Law as the Supremacy clause. In the United States Constitution. Alabama is operating out of treason of the United States Constitution.

8. Timothy Hall Jr. the Alabama Judge’s son got away with youthful offender and served no time for THIS crime. However he did go on to commit a string of crimes from robbery to his most recent charge and conviction of murder. Despite the fact that he has gone on to be a career criminal and murderer, Mr. Hall still is managing to evade the full extent of consequences. It is quite clear to see his mother is still saving her son from his terrible decisions and actions. He managed to get a sentence of 25 years FOR MURDER, while Kendrick sits with a 99 year sentence for a charge and conviction the was marred with lies and cover ups. THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.
