Terrence’s Case:
1. Wrongfully charged/convicted of capital murder of Dana Sems in 2018.
2. Denied a grand jury indictment/due process from the start (violation of Article II Section 8 Bill of Rights of the Colorado Constitution.)
3. Mishandled evidence.
4. Evidence proving his innocence ignored.
5. Incomplete autopsy by the Medical Examiner (failed to test swab for DNA at exact site that was the fatal injury occurred her neck), Ms. Sems neck was snapped almost completely off her spine. The Medical Examiner stated it was a “simple mistake” Simple??? I do not think so.
6. Terrence agreed without question to go to the police station after Ms. Sems was found deceased. Police surveyed his entire body looking for any defense scratches, marks or wounds. Mr Straughter has absolutely zero marks, scratches, bruises etc…
7. Mr Straughter was unfairly denied the right to present the alternate suspect theory, as there was another man present with a known relationship with Ms. Sems and a known history of aggressiveness with her and a history of violence and similar encounter ( very violent beating and attempt to strangulate a woman, luckily her husband heard the scuffle and saved her) that happened with Ms. Sems actually occur weeks after Ms. Sems murder.
